I will not ever be staying there again, the hotel has slipped pass being decent, it’s probably the worst hotel around that area now. We decided on a last minute trip, we thought Harveys because we usually gamble there.the hotel is run way down, the hotel guests run up and down the halls and are extremely loud, what happened to basic manners of people? The hotel asked if we wish to go green, forego maid service daily for 10.00 credit in food, then there was 10.00 a day for self parking.upon check in and out, they really wanted us to use the kiosk, I hate those things, so at checkout with a person, I got an odd gal who didn’t know what an extra 20.00 was she had to get help for it, it was late check out fee for two days, we never extended our stay, so that was odd, she got it deleted obviously but due to that we really were confused and didn’t notice the ten dollar credit for forgoing maid service was charged for food anyway, so we were pinched for every penny.
